What languages does Moza speak?+

Does Moza work offline?+

Moza needs internet to think. If you're offline, she's offline — but the app saves recent conversations, your active plan details, and basic troubleshooting steps for offline reference.

Can Moza make purchases on my behalf?+

She can present plan recommendations and walk you through purchase. She doesn't auto-purchase without your confirmation. You always tap to buy.

Can I turn Moza off?+

Yes. She can be disabled in settings. The app still works without her — you just lose the AI-driven recommendations and self-healing.

Will Moza ever recommend a non-eSimphony product?+

Inside the app, no — she's an eSimphony product. If your trip genuinely doesn't fit any of our plans (unsupported country, unusual configuration), she'll tell you instead of forcing a bad fit. Honesty over conversion.
